I am collecting a force circa 1914 and one for the 1930's too. My interest began on Swiss holidays as a boy and exposure to Elastolin figures especially the older compostion ones...
Elastolin! For me, fond memories of their 70mm Romans and 'Medievals'....
ReplyDeleteFor us 'adults playing with toy soldiers' 54mm is the queen of scales -that of the toys of our childhood. Then 'The Real World™' forces its limitations on us, and most of us play with 28mm or smaller minis...
